A fitness class geared for adults age 18 and up, our weekly, innovative, high-intensity boot camp will improve muscular strength and endurance, promote weight loss and build muscle tone while incorporating functional movements. Our emphasis on speed, agility and quickness drills alongside our carefully-designed program will boost your metabolism and improve your energy levels.
Boot Camp with Rosy is held every Sunday from 2:30 to 3:30pm. Two packages are available; the 4-session package must be used within 8 weeks of the purchase date and the 6-session package must be used within 10 weeks of the purchase date. Contact Coach Rosy with questions.

middle school girls tune-up
Looking for one final tune-up before your middle school daughter starts tryouts or just need some quality work? Join All Out Training for a two-hour session, sure to prepare your athlete for tryouts. We will review individual skills, including shooting, ball handling and proper defensive techniques. Team concepts, both offensively and defensively, will also be covered.
